Offerings
Guided Nature & Forest Therapy
Slow-paced, sensory experiences inspired by the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing). Through gentle invitations, reflective pauses, and time spent in relationship with the natural world, participants are encouraged to slow down, engage the senses, and reconnect with themselves, one another, and the natural world. Each experience unfolds differently, with space for curiosity, presence, and personal reflection.

Meditation & Reflection
Guided meditation sessions create space for stillness, awareness, and nervous system restoration. Practices may include breathwork, guided imagery, sound, gentle reflection, and mindfulness techniques designed to support relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace, with no prior experience required.
Sessions are guided by an experienced meditation facilitator with over seven years of small-group practice, informed by training through Aura Wellness Center.
Gentle Movement
Accessible, chair-based movement rooted in breath awareness, mobility, and ease. Sessions combine gentle stretching, mindful movement, and relaxation practices to support balance, circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Offered as an invitation rather than a requirement, participants are encouraged to move in ways that feel supportive and comfortable for their bodies.

The Studio Sol Way
Studio Sol offerings are guided by a simple belief: meaningful experiences begin with presence. Whether through nature, creativity, movement, or reflection, each gathering is designed to meet people where they are and invite deeper connection—to themselves, one another, and the living world.
Programs may be offered in senior living communities, wellness centers, retreat settings, gardens, homes, and other shared spaces.
